It's taken four episodes, but today we finally can close the book, er, magazine, on the Citadel Journal Spring 1987. It's given us lots of cool rules, new models and even a few promises! And of course some strategy tips, one of which even works every time! At least, as long as your opponent is an Elf. Dig in!

Happy new year! Do you see those fireworks? They seem to be getting awfully close, though... And they also seem more like dragon-bolts (yes, that's a real type of dragons' breath weapon) than fireworks, come to think of it. Better check if I'm allowed to make a save...This episode covers the next section of the Citadel Journal Spring 1987, which is mostly dragons. But there's also a daemon. We're picking up where we left off with the Citadel Journal Spring 1987. This episode, we're taking a look at two war machines: the (in)famous Man Mangler and the Elven equivalent of the A-team in their attack chariot. Also, there's skeletons. Lots of skeletons. And they're plastic. An anonymous author who may or may not be Rick Priestly (quite possibly not) explains why the plastic skeleton kit is so amazing (I agree!) and how to get the most out of it.

Warhammer takes to the seas in this White Dwarf 82 article with "simple" (and notoriously incomplete) rules for sailing ships. Get some cardboard and balsa wood to build ships, bang them together until they sink and hope there's room for you too on that door.
 
In sadder news, we learn that beloved White Dwarf editor Paul Sawyer has fallen terminally ill.
